A seasoned security leader with over a decade of experience in the private sector, Glover directs multi-site protective operations, oversees agent deployment and performance, and drives operational strategy across the Houston region. He leads a team of security professionals delivering 24/7 protection. Prior to his promotion, Glover served as Site Supervisor at Atlas Glinn, managing a six-agent detail providing round-the-clock protection. Before joining Atlas Glinn, he spent seven years in Chicago’s high-risk environment protecting families and children, developing deep expertise in conflict resolution, de-escalation, and discreet protective operations.
J. Reneé Renobato
J. Reneé Renobato serves as Office Manager and Executive Assistant to CEO Matthew Brockmann. A seasoned operations professional with over 25 years of management experience, she oversees daily administrative operations, manages executive scheduling, and ensures seamless coordination across security, training, and consulting divisions. Renobato holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Houston and a Master of Business Administration from Marylhurst University. Prior to joining the team, she built a distinguished career in operations management across firms including AvalonBay/Archstone Communities, Windsor Communities, and EQS Construction — managing portfolios of up to 794 units with teams of 20+. A recipient of the Houston Apartment Association’s On-Site Manager of the Year award and a Property of the Year finalist, she brings proven expertise in budget planning, vendor relations, financial reporting, and process optimization to every aspect of her role.
